General Care:
It is recommended not to shower, sleep, exercise, or expose your jewelry to chemicals (such as chlorine found in hot tubs and swimming pools).
Avoid intense or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as some gemstones are sensitive to the sun.
Avoid submerging jewelry featuring opals in any liquid as opals are prone to absorbing liquids.
Cleaning:
Solid copper, silver, and bronze naturally darken over time due to oxidation. To restore the luster to your jewelry, rub the item with a Polishing Pad to remove any excess patina when needed.
Shipment processing time
It can take up to 10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. (Excludes weekends and holidays)
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Once an item is shipped it can take up to 10-14 business days to arrive. Standard shipping is $12.00 USD. Shipping is free on orders over $100.00.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once the item is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Damages
Imagine Me Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
